You see the work as it happens. You see what breaks. And you leave knowing exactly how a worker goes from "nice demo" to a line on your invoice.

Not for vendors, recruiters, or anyone selling to agencies. Registration is approved by hand so the room stays agency leaders only. Space is limited.

Hosts
AJ Gleser and Dan Moore, co-founders of Ergoly. Ergoly turns a service firm's know-how into AI workers that live in its Slack, one sealed worker per client. Ergoly runs on Ergoly: the two of us manage our team and a fleet of workers from inside Slack. Before Ergoly, AJ ran a 24-person digital product agency and Dan ran a 20-person custom software agency.

Getting there
AI House is about 400 feet out onto the pier from Alaskan Way. Walk all the way down and look for the white staircase above AQUA restaurant. Enter the building and head up to the 3rd floor.
Parking at the pier is limited and charged at a daily rate. Street parking or a nearby public lot is the better option.
