​🧠 What is this event about?

​The speed of AI Safety demands fast-learning communicators. Many of us are doing this in isolation. That’s not efficient. We want to create a community, and learn from each other: real wins (or mistakes!) from your personal journey.

​Good AI safety communication is clear, accessible, and actionable. We need less abstraction and more action: AI safety ideas only matter if people actually understand them.

​📍 What to expect

​We’ve reserved tables at The Sipping Room, with built in time to effectively learn from each other. This is a space to exchange ideas, test communication approaches and meet others who aspire to build stronger strategies to mobilise AI safety awareness and action.

​14:45: Welcome and greetings from the organisers

​Introduction to the lightning talk framework:

​We’re focusing on real-world lessons:

• or one big mistake

​Each speaker gives a lightning talk (max. 5 minutes):→ what was your comms objective?

​→ ⁠⁠what did you do? What was the result?

​→ ⁠ ⁠why did/didn’t it work?
