About the Speaker:

​Madhu Kumar Marasini, a respected former civil servant, spent over three decades working for the Government of Nepal. He held key positions like Secretary of the OPMCM, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, and Financial Comptroller General. He also represented Nepal internationally, advising the World Bank and serving as Consul General in New York.
