​Building a safer AI future starts with building a better community. This is a casual meetup for anyone working on, learning about, or curious about AI safety in the Bay Area.

​We know that the AI safety space can sometimes feel intense or intimidating, that's why we're creating a relaxed, low-pressure environment where you can bring your full self. Let's connect with other people who care about keeping AI beneficial, share what we're working on, and support each other in this important work.

​This is a potluck-style picnic, bring a blanket, some snacks and drinks to share, and your curiosity about AI safety!

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Relax, snack, and connect with new friends
