AI Safety Meet-Up Kuala Lumpur
Join us for our first community gathering in Kuala Lumpur!
Whether you're already working in AI safety, or simply curious about the future of AI and its societal implications, you're welcome to join us for an evening of connection and conversation.
What to expect: Connect with BlueDot Impact alumni, researchers, policy professionals, and anyone interested in ensuring AI development benefits everyone. This is a relaxed networking event focused on building community and sharing perspectives.
Getting to our venue: Sunway Putra Mall
We are meeting up at [Secret Recipe, reserved for BlueDot KL Meetup] - Sunway Putra Mall, Lower Ground Floor (LG22).
Come by 5:45 PM (buffer start time) to make the most of the meetup. We’ll aim for a critical mass of attendees by 6:15 PM to allow for travel time.
If by car, park at Sunway Putra Mall. The rate is RM 3 for the first 2 hours, and RM 1 for each subsequent hour. The location is excellent for exiting the city to major highways after the event.
If by public transport, set to LRT PWTC (SP4). The mall is directly connected to the station via a covered walkway. This station is on the Ampang/Sri Petaling Line and is a short walk (2 mins) from the Titiwangsa Interchange (LRT, Monorail, Bus).
Folks are encouraged to continue conversations should there be 1-1s or if the discussion goes past 8:30 PM.
