About Event

Let's be honest: the posting isn't happening. Not because you don't know it matters, you do, but because every time you sit down to make something, you stall on what to say. So the flyer never gets made, the new offer never gets announced, and another month goes by on word of mouth alone.

A client asked me last month whether she should hire a VA to make her ad graphics. I said no. Not because a VA couldn't do it, but because I'd still have to teach that VA what to say, and that was the only part that was ever hard. Then I sat down and made the whole set myself in about nine minutes. That was the moment I realised I'd been quietly sitting on the answer for months.

Here is what I figured out. Two tabs. One decides what to say, one makes it look right. That's it. That's the whole thing, and once your team can run it, the blank square stops being a problem you have.

I'm calling it the Two-Tab Method, and in 90 minutes we're going to build yours.

Secret #1: Why your content problem was never a design problem, and what it actually is.

Secret #2: How to get AI to sound like you instead of a brochure. One prompt, about four minutes of setup, and it stops writing like a pamphlet forever.

Secret #3: How one idea turns into twenty pieces of content without you having twenty ideas.

What we build, live, on your own business, not a demo account:

Your brand look locked into a reusable template, so every asset after this one already lines up. A bank of twelve content ideas pulled out of your business in your customers' own words. One of those ideas taken all the way to a finished post while you watch, nothing cut away. Then that same idea into five formats: post, story, Google Business update, front desk flyer, email subject line. And the guardrails, which matter more than people think: claims you can't make, numbers AI invents, and the thirty second check before anything goes out.

Then we work. You make things, I'm in the room, and when your text overflows the box I fix it with you.

Who this is for:

Owners who are the bottleneck on every post, flyer and offer. The person on the team who got handed marketing on top of their real job, front desk, care coordinator, ops, whoever it landed on. Teams paying someone else for graphics they could make in six minutes.

Tickets are per person, and I'd rather you sent two. Owner and employee in the same session is what makes it stick afterwards. The owner sets the voice and approves, the employee builds and ships. Two seats still costs less than one freelance graphic.

I'm capping this at ten people. It's hands on. Ten is how many screens I can actually look at when someone gets stuck, and past that it turns into a webinar, which is not what you're paying for.

What to bring:

A laptop, not a phone. A Canva account, free works fine and you'll get everything done. Canva Pro speeds up two parts, the saved brand kit and the one-click resize, so log in with that if you already pay for it. A paid Claude account, about 20 dollars a month, set up before we start. We're not spending workshop time on logins. Bring your logo, and three photos of your actual space.

That 20 dollars a month is worth sitting with for a second. That's your whole new content setup. Cheapest team member you'll ever take on, and it never needs managing.

Your host:

Pamela Wagner, founder of Ajala Digital and Hustle Less & Live More. Forbes 30 Under 30, ex-Google. She's helped over 3,000 businesses worldwide scale with ads and smarter, AI-powered strategies.

You'll get the prompts afterwards as a copy and paste doc, plus the template file.

P.S. There are ten seats, and this only works if you're at the keyboard. The value isn't the information, it's the ninety minutes where I'm there when your text overflows the box and you don't know why.
