Sneak Peek of Unscripted Coffee!

So awesome to see so many people excited about Unscripted Coffee! We cannot wait to meet all of you!
Since we received a lot of interest in the sneak peek event, we've decided to break it into sessions. Please select a time slot for your estimated arrival. The arrival time is just to help us manage flow and ensure everyone has a great first experience at Unscripted. You are welcome to stay as long as you like once you are in!
When you arrive, please check in with our team at the doors.

I would like to remind you all that Unscripted Coffee is not your typical coffee shop. We like to see it as more of a project. It all began with a 30-day challenge to open a coffee shop with zero experience. It is now closer to 60 days and there is still lots to do (and to learn!). But to continue the project, we now need to get the community involved. This is where you come in!
The idea is to create a space that feels welcoming to all, but also to invite and entertain curiosity in many forms. We felt like Downtown was a bit too serious. Unscripted is meant to be a place where you don't have to pretend. The seating arrangements and community spaces are meant to encourage collaboration and also feel playful and youthful in a way. Really, the goal is to get a bunch of finance bros sitting on the beans bags and sipping on mango slushies haha!
Another thing to know is that our team is very new and still learning. At the same time, our menu is still developing. We are, of course, still aiming to serve top quality food/drinks, but to do so, we need lots of feedback! We will have a suggestion box and would appreciate any feedback you can share from your experience! We also welcome any other suggestions you may have for the menu, the space, future events, etc!
