Make AI Work For You: Build Your First AI Agent in 2 Hours
We are sold out! Thank you for the warm response! 💕
We may open 1-2 more spots this week. Join the waitlist for a spot or to hear about our next Women Who AI workshop and event.
====
You already use ChatGPT or Claude. But every chat starts from scratch, and you find yourself typing the same things:
"Keep it short." "Format it the way I do my client reports." "Here are my dietary restrictions, again." "Remember what I told you about this project…"
Maybe you've tried building an agent by watching YouTube tutorials and got stuck when it didn't give you the output you wanted. And there's no one around to ask when you get stuck.
This 2-hour hands-on workshop gives you a clear method, and a small group of women to learn it with.
Using meal planning as our practice project in this workshop, you'll build your own personal AI assistant (aka agent), and leave with a working agent and method you can reuse for any recurring task, in your business, at work or at home.
What we'll cover
Spotting what to hand over to AI (and what not to)
Giving AI the context it needs: rules, preferences, examples and information
Explaining what "good" looks like, so you correct it less
Turning a chat into a reusable system that remembers how the job is done
Testing and fixing it when AI does something weird 🙃
Making it yours: designing a character for your agent, so it feels like part of your team
You'll walk away with
The thinking behind a good agent. You'll learn how to spot a task worth handing to AI, break it into clear steps, and decide what context, rules and examples it needs to do the job your way.
A repeatable method you can use again and again. Brief your agent, show it what "good" looks like, test it, then refine it until it gets things right without you rewriting its work. This works for any recurring task, not only meal planning.
A working meal-planning agent, built around your household, that you can start using the same week.
Support to build your own use case agent. After the workshop, you’ll pick your own AI agent project (like drafting client proposals, planning social media content, or managing personal finances), and we’ll support you for another 2 weeks as you build it!
Slides and resources to take home
Your ticket also includes
A drink to keep you going during the workshop.
2 weeks of post-workshop support. Pick your own AI agent project and we'll help you build it as support group. Ask questions, share your progress, and get help when you're stuck!
This is for you if you're…
The small business owner who's also running admin, and knows AI should be taking tasks like invoices, follow-ups and customer replies off her plate.
The professional who's great at what she does, but there's no one at the office to learn from or practise with.
The mom or wife who keeps everyone fed, scheduled and on track, and wants AI to carry some of that mental load.
And you:
Use ChatGPT or Claude, but mostly for chatting and quick answers
Have tried building something with AI and got stuck when the output wasn't right
Feel overwhelmed by all the AI tools and advice, and want someone to structure things and walk you through it
Want a small group to learn with, bounce ideas off and keep you following through
No technical background needed. If you can use Google Sheets and send a text, you're ready :)
What to bring
Your laptop
A ChatGPT Plus subscription (at least for the workshop day)
Pen and paper for sketching ideas
Your completed pre-work (a short fill-in-the-blanks template we'll send ahead, so we make the most of our 2 hours)

FAQs
1. Is meal planning the only project we'll practise on?
Yes, but only as practice! It's familiar to most of us and a great project to start with, so it's an easy way to learn the method without worrying about custom data setups and nuances. The underlying method you'll learn works for any recurring task, at home, in your business or work.
2. What will I learn that I can use at work or in my business?
Anything you repeat frequently. Some examples include weekly reports, client follow-ups, research, customer replies, invoicing drafts. You'll learn to turn "I wish AI could help with this" into a clear brief, and how to get it back on track when it misses.
3. What's the Bring-a-Friend ticket?
A lower shared rate when you sign up with a friend! Everything's more fun (and a lot less daunting) when you've got someone beside you. Sign up with your colleague or bestie for a lower shared rate, learn together, and keep each other going after the day.
4. Do I need ChatGPT Plus?
Yes. Free plans come with tighter limits, and the last thing you want is to get cut off halfway through building. Plus also connects to tools like Gmail and Google Calendar, so your agent can work with your real information and speeds up the process of it doing real work for you. If it saves you a few hours a month, it's paid for itself.
5. I already have Claude Pro. Can I use it?
Yes. The method works with any AI tool. A few screens will look different, but we'll help you follow along.
