My beginner contemporary dance class is for beginners and anyone who would like to discover contemporary dance, with or without previous experience. The class consists of two complementary parts: simple and progressive exercises and movement sequences, followed by learning a new choreographic phrase in each class. The aim of the class is to develop body awareness, coordination, musicality and movement fluidity, while giving everyone the opportunity to discover their own rhythm and movement quality. I teach the class in a supportive, pressure-free environment where everyone can explore movement at their own pace. No previous dance experience is required.
