About Event

Mendful is the world’s first platform for human-forward, AI-supported conflict resolution — helping people repair ruptures that matter in the moments they arise, while they’re still workable.

Rather than outsourcing repair to long, expensive, or adversarial processes, Mendful provides immediate presence, attunement, and skilled human coaches — supported (not replaced) by AI and trained in Mendful’s proprietary conflict resolution methodology.

Jill Nagle, Mendful’s founder, will lead a live demonstration of Mendful’s “fast–slow” model, which guides ruptures back into reconnection and forward momentum. Participants will then break into small groups to experience a segment of this same repair process firsthand.

The session culminates in applied reflection. Participants will explore what it would take for an organization they know well to normalize real-time repair as part of everyday work culture, followed by a large-group synthesis of key insights and takeaways.

This session may be especially valuable for:

• Founders who want to stay ahead of the number one reason many startups fail: unresolved conflict
• Humans who want a tried-and-true skill in their back pocket for those inevitable tough moments — whether at work or in personal life
• Compassionate humans wanting to explore a new career or side hustle as a Mendful Conflict Resolution Coach

If conflict repair could happen as easily as ordering food or a rideshare, how might our organizations — and our lives — change?

Join us to explore the possibilities.
