Designing an Agent: The Blue Print ⟡ When Psychology Meets UX
About the Event
This online webinar is a practical introduction to designing agents, the part of AI products that decides whether they actually get used. Hosted by Aviad Cohen, an AI Experience Designer with more than five years in B2B SaaS, now researching the evolving agentic experience, from conversation design to how people build a relationship with an agent.
Across 30 minutes we'll work through what AX is, how it differs from UX, and the design decisions that shape an agent's behavior, trust, and fit into people's work. Then 15 minutes of discussion and Q&A.
The shift is already here. In one year, task-specific AI agents are projected to jump from under 5% of enterprise apps to 40%, an 8x increase by the end of 2026 according to Gartner. And 51% of professionals already use agents at work.
What we'll cover:
The shift from UX to AX, and what changes when one party becomes an agent
The system prompt as a design artifact, with a real fragment from a live product
The designer's feedback loop: how you train an agent through the conversations it has
Four trust stages an agent moves through with users.
Important questions to ask before you design an agent
