Job Seekers (and Supporters!) June Resource Deep Dive
June’s VIRTUAL Resource Deep Dive, “Squiggly Careers in Climate: Finding Your Path in the Green Economy,” will explore the many paths into climate and sustainability work — from freelancing and entrepreneurship to nonprofit, corporate, and government careers. Drawing from her own “squiggly” career journey, Maddie Booth of Watson Institute will share practical tools, AI-supported career strategies, and resources to help attendees navigate career transitions, build connections, and find their place in the green economy. The session will also highlight the importance of staying connected, adaptable, and community-minded in an ever-changing workforce landscape.
The Alliance for Collective Action’s Job Seekers Meet Up is a space for people navigating career transitions, searching for meaningful work, or exploring what’s next — together.
So much of job hunting is built on scarcity: limited roles, guarded leads, quiet competition. We believe there is another way.
Whether you’re actively applying, quietly exploring, or simply seeking community during a season of transition, you are welcome here.
Come as you are. Leave feeling supported, seen, and a little less alone in the process.
This session will be hosted on Zoom!
