The Second Time Should Be Automatic
You answer the same question twice, rebuild the same update, or prepare for the same kind of meeting from scratch, and you usually don’t notice the pattern until you’re doing it again.
We’ll use ChatGPT, with Claude as an equivalent route, to find that repetition in messages, email, calendars, and notes you connect. We’ll build The Work You Did Twice, a read-only weekly task that only calls something a pattern when it can show at least two examples. Then we’ll correct what it gets wrong, schedule it, and use one finding to draft the next job AI could handle.
Walk away with one scheduled task that finds repeated work and the first draft of what AI should take over next.
This is a beginner workshop. Bring a laptop and access to ChatGPT or Claude; feature availability varies by account.
Always Allow is hands-on AI strategy and training for people who learn by building. If you’ve ever used AI and thought, “I know I can get more from this,” you should join us.
