In this hands-on workshop, you'll build a private AI management pulse for the people around you: your team, manager, peers and leadership. It will surface commitments that slipped, good work you have not acknowledged and changes worth checking on before the next conversation.
You'll learn how to separate evidence from interpretation, decide what should never be automated and keep judgment human. You'll leave with a reusable review framework, a 1:1 prep template and a scheduled workflow you can adapt to your own tools.
Bring a laptop. Intermediate session, no engineering experience required.
