Measure How AI Changes Your Work
Everyone wants to prove the ROI of AI, but most people have never measured how their work happens without it. If you don’t know where your week goes, when you’re least prepared, or which requests keep coming back, there’s no honest baseline for saying what AI changed.
In this hands-on session, we’ll use Claude Cowork to examine a defined slice of your real work from sources you choose, like Slack, calendar, or meeting-recorder notes. You’ll build a personal map showing what pulls your attention, where preparation breaks down, how your visible work divides between reactive and proactive, and what still requires your judgment. Then you’ll choose one pattern AI could filter, prepare, draft, or monitor and create a simple way to test what changes.
Walk away with a personal baseline you can use to measure AI impact with evidence instead of guesses.
Always Allow is hands-on AI strategy and training for people who learn by building. If you’ve ever used AI and thought, “I know I can get more from this,” you should join us.
