Ana Misra is an investor, a seasoned executive and a trusted advisor with deep expertise in finance, entrepreneurship, and angel investing. A respected leader in the investment ecosystem, she is a passionate advocate for women entrepreneurs and early-stage startups. Ana currently serves as Co-Chair of Angel One Investors group, Co-Founder of York Angel Investors, and Advisory Board Member of the HardTech Investors Network at ventureLAB. In addition to mentoring founders on capital strategy, financial modeling, and growth, she has held board positions & CFO positions with various corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. Kevin’s practice includes purchase and sale (asset and share) transactions, corporate matters, professional client corporate services, private equity transactions and corporate reorganizations. After earning both his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Queen’s University, Kevin earned his Juris Doctor with a specialization in Business Law at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Kevin has also completed the Osgoode Certificate in Canadian Securities Law and Practice through Osgoode Hall Law School. Outside of the office, Kevin plays and watches hockey, baseball and golf.
