Kellie will share how Ant International has been exploring Time Series Transformer (TST) models to improve forecasting in treasury and foreign exchange workflows. As FX markets move quickly and are influenced by many factors, better forecasting tools can help support more informed decision-making in risk management and hedging. More About the Speakers
Kellie Tan is Senior Advisor for Global Affairs and Strategic Development at Ant International, where she leads government relations for Singapore with a focus on trusted data and AI. She brings deep expertise in data innovation and Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs), developed through her public sector career contributing to national initiatives on responsible technology adoption. Her work includes advancing PETs adoption through industry collaborations, supporting Singapore's inaugural PETs conference, and authoring the world's first Trusted Data Sharing Framework, later adapted by the banking sector for secure data partnerships.
Timothy Seah is a Data Scientist in OCBC’s Group Data Office, AI Lab, where he specialises in building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to meet novel business requirements. His current work involves architecting, optimising, and deploying such pipelines in close collaboration with credit risk managers. His prior work spans a variety of fields such as customer experience and fraud detection. He holds a Master of Computing (AI Specialisation) from the National University of Singapore.
Dan Chan is part of OCBC’s Risk Transformation Office, where he focuses on harnessing AI to rethink and transform risk management at scale. With a strong foundation in credit risk modelling across scorecards, capital, provisioning, and macroeconomic frameworks, he brings both technical depth and practical deployment experience. His earlier work in risk consulting and digital banking risk modelling provides him with a holistic view of how financial institutions can evolve from traditional risk frameworks to AI-driven, forward-looking approaches.
