Splash & Sustain: Sea Dreamers Honolulu Meet-up
Join us for Splash & Sustain, a relaxed morning dedicated to connecting with the ocean and giving back to it.
We'll kick things off with sign-in, coffee, spam musubis, fresh fruit, and quick introductions.
Please apply sunscreen and wear appropriate swimwear or ocean clothing (rash guard, water shoes, etc.)
We’ll then enter in shallow and protected waters. We'll focus on comfort, breathing, floating, and swimming technique, followed by a quick shoreline cleanup to leave the beach better than we found it!
All levels are welcome, but this event is tailored toward those who want to gain confidence in the ocean and are ready to smile.
This is an informal community-led ocean dip. There will be no formal lifeguard support, so please enter the water at your own comfort level. Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
Registration is required as space is limited.
