Athena AI Academy Cohort 2 | Beyond the Fear: Leading the New Age of AI, Inclusively

​A six-week AI-Inclusive Leadership certification built with Full Fathom Five, capped at 20 participants for deep engagement and community-driven learning.

​Athena is stepping boldly into the AI era with a learning experience designed for those who thrive when learning in community. In partnership with Full Fathom Five AI, we are launching a transformative, community-centered curriculum preparing you to use AI responsibly, creatively, and inclusively.

​This Academy is built on a simple belief: AI leadership is not about mastering technology, it is about advancing people. And no one should navigate this shift alone.

​Where technical understanding meets human-centered leadership — six weeks, two hours per week, live instructor-led sessions with applied practice, facilitated peer dialogue, and a capstone project. Kickoff on June 2 runs an extended 2.5 hours (8:30 – 11:00 am PT). All remaining sessions run 8:30 – 10:30 am PT. All sessions are recorded for on-demand access.

​This program is designed for early- to senior-level leaders, emerging executives, technical and non-technical professionals, and male allies committed to inclusive progress in the AI age.
