​Running Discreet Log Contracts on Hardware Wallets: Challenges and Opportunities

​About the talk

​In this talk, we’ll introduce ongoing work to run a fully functional Discreet Log Contract (DLC) signer on different classes of hardware wallets.

​A presentation of the Discreet Log Contracts protocol will be made, its operational challenges and what a DLC signer on HW have to assume.

​We'll expose how we're able to run a DLC signer on Ledger's Vanadium and our ongoing experimentations with Foundation's Passport.

​In conclusion, we'll show what a user's UX end-to-end can work

​The talk will follow a Socratic and interactive format, with questions encouraged throughout the session.
