This is an IRL speed networking event, and ALINE is how you get matched. Download the 'ALINE Network' app from your App Store, complete your profile, and join the Anwar Events group before you arrive. Matching starts before the event and keeps going live in the room, so the people you sit across from are matches ALINE made for you.
No app means no matches, so download before you come.
Everyone knows how speed networking usually goes. You rotate around the table every few minutes and end up talking to whoever happens to be sitting across from you. Sometimes you get lucky and land a great conversation, but most of the night comes down to pure chance.
This event runs on a different system entirely.
Before you even walk through the door, ALINE has already started matching you with the people in the room you actually need to meet. Founders get paired with investors who are looking for what they're building, and operators get connected with collaborators they would have otherwise never crossed paths with.
So instead of circulating and hoping, you sit down across from someone the platform already knows you should meet, and you use those few minutes to make the introduction count. Every round of the night is a conversation that was set up with intention.
Spots are limited so the matching stays tight, which means the earlier you register, the better your matches will be.
How it works
Download 'ALINE Network' from the App Store and complete your profile before the RSVP deadline. Your profile powers your matches, so the more complete it is, the better your night.
Join the 'Anwar Events' group in the app. This is what places you in the matching pool for this event.
ALINE starts matching before the event, then keeps matching live as you move through the room.
Show up, check in, and open the app. You'll be matched round by round in proximity throughout the night. Afterward, recap your meetings with your matches in the app so no conversation gets lost.

You must download ALINE, complete your profile, and join the 'Anwar Event' group by the RSVP deadline to be matched. Guests who arrive without the app will not be matched and will be placed in open rotation only.
Matches are generated based on the information in your profile and the final mix of attendees in the room. While we work to make every pairing count, specific matches cannot be guaranteed or requested in advance.
Capacity is limited and registration does not guarantee entry. Confirmed guests will receive an email before the event.
This is a professional networking event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest to keep the environment respectful and productive for everyone.

Doors close 15 minutes after the first round begins so late arrivals may miss their scheduled matches. Please arrive on time.
