Founders & Funders Monthly Event: The Kick-off
Starting October 2025, F&F will host regular innovation and entrepreneurship-themed talks, followed by an informal networking social. Please note that spaces are limited. Approval is required for office hours and talks, while the pub social is open to all.

🎤 Speakers:
Cici Muldoon (Serox)
Dr. Cici Muldoon is the Founder & CEO of Serox, an Oxford based company using advanced photonics, quantum sensing and AI to develop a low-cost, non-invasive, point-of-care In Vitro Diagnostic which uses a simple urine sample to identify cancer at the point of need. She is also the co-founder of Oxford Angels Network, a new angel investment group offering experienced investors access to early-stage, high-growth technology companies and spinouts from the Oxfordshire ecosystem.
Lukas Feddern (Novabook)
Lukas Feddern is the Co-Founder and CTO of Novabook, building the best finance partner for entrepreneurs. Previously, he co-founded Seneca Learning, which grew to over 12 million users and was acquired in an eight-figure exit by GoStudent, where he went on to serve as Co-Head of Artificial Intelligence. As a Worcester College alumnus with a Master’s in Engineering, Economics, and Management, Lukas brings extensive experience in scaling technology ventures and leveraging AI to empower entrepreneurs.
Ruben Portz (Novabook)
Ruben Portz is the COO of Novabook. Previously he led the commercial team at Seneca helping the company grow to millions of users and ARR. He has also supported 200+ startup founders through weekly growth and finance clinics for accelerator programs such as Techstars, Startupbootcamp, and LSE.
