Ben Arnon is CEO and Co-Founder of Kolsetu, a Hamburg-based AI company building compliant communication systems for regulated industries. He also founded the Hamburg Global Innovators Circle, a thriving community connecting international founders across Germany's startup ecosystem.
Ben brings over twenty years of experience building AI systems, from elite R&D work to deep learning research in medical imaging. An engineer by training and community builder by nature, he's driven by interdisciplinary thinking and believes the best ideas emerge where technology meets human connection.
Originally from Tel-Aviv Israel and now based in Hamburg, Ben describes himself as a world traveler who loves deep conversation about tech, health, art, or philosophy. When he's not building AI agents, he's hosting meetups and loves bringing people together.

Kyrylo Korsun is a community builder and entrepreneur working at the intersection of startups, technology, and ecosystems.
He has built ventures in the digital marketing and AI space. Kyrylo is also the co-founder of Founders Running Club, a global community that connects founders through running as a shared ritual, and the founder of found Hamburg, a newsletter and growing community connecting startup operators and founders in Hamburg.
In his work, Kyrylo challenges the idea that communities grow through hype, arguing instead for focus, relevance, and long-term commitment.
