​Startup Boston is thrilled to welcome investors to meet CIC’s Social Impact Cohort - a powerhouse lineup of startups led by historically underserved entrepreneurs from Massachusetts. This is a targeted networking and matching event designed to connect complementary funders and founders, fostering meaningful relationships and potential investment opportunities.

​​As one of our most requested events, we go through a rigorous selection process to ensure the best matches. Requesting an invite doesn’t guarantee a spot, but hey, you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take!

​Criteria for Investors & Funders:

• ​Open to investing at the Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages (typically $500K–$8.5M rounds)

• ​Also open to participating as non-dilutive funders (grants, programs, etc.)

• ​Interested in supporting founders from historically underrepresented backgrounds

• ​Aligned with the industries/verticals represented by participating startups
