About Event
This in-person training provides hands-on instruction for the SPT Labtech Firefly automated sample management and tube handling system. Attendees will learn safe operation, instrument setup, and end-to-end workflows on the hardware so you can run jobs confidently and correctly.
What we’ll cover:
Instrument orientation: components, consumables, and system checks
Startup/shutdown procedures and safe handling practices
Loading/unloading samples and running standard workflows
Common errors, troubleshooting basics, and when to escalate support
