About Event

If you’re managing multiple SOX engagements at once, you know the real problem. Endless email follow ups, spreadsheets that don’t stay updated, and no visibility into what’s stuck until timelines slip and hours quickly disappear.

A small group of high performing co-sourcing managers have broken that cycle. They’re reclaiming 80-100 hours per engagement using a simple shift in how they create client side visibility with clients stuck using messy, old-school tracking processes.

In this 45-minute live session, Brooke Pulsipher (Associate Director at Protiviti) and Ryan Allenbach (founder of AGREED) will share the practitioner playbook behind this shift.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Eliminate 80-100 hours wasted per engagement on email follow-up and spreadsheet tracking, saving you $20-$25K per engagement

  • Replicate the client side visibility breakthrough used by top SOX co-sourcing firms to discover blind spots and avoid missed deadlines

  • Run a simplified, faster PBC tracking process that frees up co-manager and team capacity

  • Learn from Brooke’s story: what changed when she shifted from spreadsheet chaos to real-time client-side visibility (and what she wishes she'd known sooner)

This isn’t a generic SOX webinar. It’s a practitioner playbook from the most effective, co-sourcing managers leading multiple engagements with clients who are not using, or do not want to use, GRC tools.

Seats are limited to ensure an interactive, high value session.
