​Karen Tay is the Co-founder & CEO of Inherent. She previously served in Singapore's Prime Minister's Office, where she helped shape national policy and technology strategy, advising the Prime Minister and Cabinet. She later held leadership roles in Silicon Valley and now advises executives on leadership, organisational transformation and AI adoption.

​Stephanie Sy is the founder of Thinking Machines, an AI and data science consulting firm. TM recently sold to Temus, the digital and AI transformation firm owned by Temasek Holdings. She will be sharing about how to sell big engagements to enterprises in Southeast Asia, and what it's like to successfully deliver work for big complex orgs.
