A Night with Notch at Zuma

Notch has taken over a private room at Zuma on Madison for an evening of izakaya dining, cocktails, and conversation. Zuma's kitchens are known for charcoal-grilled robata, a sushi counter worth watching, and a sake list eighty bottles deep. The chefs are building us a menu from all three, served family style for the table.
Over 50 executives from insurance and banking will be in the room. No booth, no demo, no deck. Just the people who are past the pilot stage, comparing notes on what it actually takes to run AI in production inside regulated operations.
