Founder Reset: Ice Bathing & Sauna by Accelerate Health, FOMO & Hold Space

Before day two of Bits & Pretzels begins, get the clarity and energy you need to carry you through the whole day. Experience guided breathing, an ice bath, and sauna, facilitated by Marco, our health and performance coach. One hour, built entirely around the nervous system carrying your company through the rest of the week.

Get to experience the same protocol we use inside our 100-day performance programme for founders, VANTAGE.

A unique chance to connect with other founders somewhere else than a booth or a bar. We're extra grateful to gather in the beautiful setting of The Hold, our partner for this event.
