Building Buy-It.ai: Real Lessons from Deploying AI in Commerce
July 9 | 8:00–9:00 AM | Arkade
Most AI projects work in demos. Far fewer survive contact with real customers, real data, and real business constraints.
In this session, Łukasz Augustyniak, Co-Founder and CTO of Buy-It.ai, shares the engineering journey behind building a production AI platform that transforms video content into shoppable experiences. Through real examples, successes, and failures, he will present five practical lessons learned from deploying computer vision and LLM systems in live commerce environments.
Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of what separates impressive AI demos from AI systems that actually generate measurable business value.
