​E3Tech, a private investment firm launched by Rudy Adolf in partnership with a16z. E3Tech invests in essential industries with opportunities for value creation through consolidation and AI deployment. Their first platform, Sylvan, is building a category-defining AI-enabled multi-trade construction services company. Anita also leads the firm’s EIR program, backing technologist founders building AI for the built world and mission-critical sectors.
