A graduate of IIM-B, he has over 20 years of facilitation experience, having worked with 100+ organizations in various sectors across the world. He is the founder of The Blue Ribbon Movement and co-founder of Wisdom Tree and Bodhi Sangha.

​Currently, his work is integrated into the Bodhi Sangha Ecosystem, which spans initiatives across levels, from hyperlocal to global, and approaches, including policy, programs and practice. Through these journeys, Abhishek has shaped a fresh response to today’s challenges, sharing and testing his ideas through ventures, writing, and gatherings.
