From Founder-Led to Founder-Scaled | An evening with Attio & Ramp
A practical discussion for founders and operators helping companies scale beyond their founders.
At 20-200 people, founders often remain the default approver, source of customer context and operational problem-solver. The panel explores how operators can turn that knowledge into clear systems and ownership, giving teams more autonomy without adding bureaucracy.
Attendees will hear practical lessons on what to standardise, what to delegate, and where founders should remain closely involved – across revenue, spending and day-to-day execution.
