What is BEYOND?
BEYOND is strength training, reinvented. Slow, controlled reps against spring-loaded resistance — high intensity, low impact, total body. No jumping, no pounding your joints. Just deep, deliberate work that builds real strength and visible definition in under 50 minutes.

Think Pilates' more intense, results-driven older sister. Low impact, high intensity. Using slower reps and heavier resistance to build muscular endurance and visible strength.
