Step into a deeper kind of afternoon.
Inspired by the legendary jazz kissas from around the world — those intimate well designed listening cafés where music is treated with reverence, vinyl is king, and conversation softens so the sound can take center stage — THE CHILL HOUSE (秋屋) arrives as Taipei’s new daytime sanctuary for deep listening.
On August 15th, in collaboration with Core cultural management and the taipei department of cultural affairs’ month long taipei super live series, Triangle Taipei transforms into a refined yet relaxed “listening house.” Expect the warm crackle of vinyl, carefully selected grooves, and the subtle presence of live instrumentalists weaving in and out of the sets. This is not a club night. This is an intentional pause in the middle of the city — a place to sit, sip, and truly hear.
Featured Artists:
DJ Dave Oh Yeah (David Frazier)
Longtime Taipei cultural figure, event curator, journalist, and vinyl specialist. Expect a rich Taiwan Groove set: rare Taiwanese 70s–80s pop, soul and disco, blended with Western soul, funk and disco. Pure crate-digger heat with local flavor.
Bringing the deeper shades of jazz, hip-hop, funk and R&B. Smooth, soulful, and rhythmically precise — the perfect counterpoint to the afternoon’s warmer currents.
+ Guest instrumentalists
Live musicians will appear throughout the afternoon, adding organic texture and spontaneous dialogue with the vinyl selections.
A specially curated coffee & tea experience will be present (details remain intentionally quiet for now). Think slow pours, thoughtful pairings, and the kind of drinks that invite you to linger.

Core Cultural Management (大果文化)
Core Cultural is a Taipei-based cultural curation and event management company specializing in immersive art experiences, live programming, and thoughtful cultural projects. Known for bridging music, design, and community, they craft intentional events that elevate both artists and audiences.
Organized by the Taipei Department of Cultural Affairs, 「2026臺北非常Live！」 is a city-wide month-long live music initiative that connects over 25 music venues across Taipei. Running throughout August, the series supports local live houses, original music, and the city’s vibrant performance culture — inviting audiences to rediscover Taipei’s authentic live music scene.
Nestled in Maji Square (Taipei Expo Park), Triangle is a distinctive warehouse-style music space that has recently undergone renovation to better serve intimate live performances and artistic gatherings. With improved acoustics and a more refined atmosphere, it now stands as an ideal setting for daytime listening experiences and curated cultural events.

走進一個更安靜的午後。
靈感來自日本傳奇的 爵士喫茶（Jazz Kissa）——那些把音樂視為神聖、以黑膠為王、讓對話安靜下來以便聲音真正成為主角的親密聆聽咖啡館——THE CHILL HOUSE（秋屋） 成為台北全新的日間深度聆聽聖地。
8月15日，Triangle Taipei 將轉化為一間精緻而放鬆的「聆聽屋」。你將感受到黑膠溫暖的噼啪聲、精心挑選的律動，以及現場樂手穿梭於選曲之間的細膩存在。這不是俱樂部之夜，而是城市中的一場有意識的暫停——一個可以坐下、啜飲、真正傾聽的地方。

長期深耕台北的文化人物、活動策展人、記者與黑膠專家。帶來豐富的 Taiwan Groove 選曲：罕見的台灣 70–80 年代流行、靈魂樂與迪斯科，混搭西方靈魂樂、放克與迪斯科。純粹的挖寶熱度，帶著在地風味。
DJ Redshou
帶來更深層的爵士、嘻哈、放克與 R&B。流暢、富有靈魂且節奏精準——完美對應午後較溫暖的音樂氣流。

現場樂手將於下午時段登場，為黑膠選曲注入有機質地與即興對話。
現場將提供特別策劃的咖啡與茶體驗（細節目前仍保持神秘）。緩慢的沖煮、細膩的搭配，以及讓人想多待一會兒的飲品。

作為 2026 臺北非常Live！ 的一部分——由臺北市政府文化局主辦的全市性為期一個月的現場音樂計畫，於8月串聯超過25間音樂展演空間，支持在地 Live House、原創音樂，以及台北充滿活力的表演文化。
