Pitch & Coffee: Meet Friendly VCs & Funders

​Meeting investors can feel intimidating. Standing in front of a room and pitching perfectly is not most people’s idea of a good time. So we’re doing it differently.

​This is a relaxed, small-group event where you can meet friendly VCs and funders, build connections, share your ideas, and ask questions in a way that actually feels human.

​This event is led as part of LSE Generate DNA (Disability, Neurodiversity & Abilities). It is open to everyone, but designed to create a safe, welcoming space for neurodivergent and disabled founders.

​How it works:
 • You’ll join a small table with a VC or funder and a few other founders
 • Each table will have a different investor
 • You’ll have time to casually share your idea, ask questions, and get feedback
 • You’ll rotate tables so you meet multiple VCs and funders

You can:
 • talk through your idea casually instead of “pitching”
 • bring notes or prompts
 • ask for feedback or even say “I’m still figuring this out”

​This is about making investor access feel more comfortable, supportive, and real. Come along if you want to build confidence speaking about your idea, meet investors in a more relaxed way, get honest, helpful feedbackand have conversations that actually go somewhere.
