F-Group is a group activity that creates deeper connection with ourselves and others.
Come if you are wanting to spend time with others in a shared reality field that is deep, honest and welcoming of what's present.
F-Group is designed as a closed container, so please be on time; no one will be let in once we start.
Forrest Bennet, the inventor of F-Group, has 30 years of experience in software engineering and AI research. After leaving the tech world, Forrest taught hundreds of students in the USA and China embodied meditation, emotional communication skills, group awareness practices, and worked with individuals for trauma resolution.
Raven Adeo is a skilled facilitator with more than 4 months of accumulated facilitation under her belt.
This event is hosted at the Frontier Tower:
We are transforming a 16-floor tower in San Francisco into a self-governed vertical village—a hub for frontier technologies and creative arts. Tier-one labs presenting AI, Ethereum, biotech, neuroscience, longevity, robotics, makerspace, human flourishing, and arts & music. These floors will house innovators and creators pushing the boundaries of human potential in a post-AI-singularity world.
