Join us on Thursday 25 June for a relaxed evening Pilates class in London, designed to help you slow down, stretch, and reset at the start of the week.
The class will be led by Chloe from Ikigai Pilates and is suitable for complete beginners as well as regular Pilates enthusiasts.
As a thank you for joining us, every guest will receive a complimentary gift bag.
The event is completely free to attend. Optional donations are welcome for anyone who would like to support Buddies for Paws and our animal welfare charity partners.
