​There's something magical about gathering together to celebrate the incredible work we do as talent leaders. This Valentine's season, we wanted to do something special - something that honors each of you and the unique gifts you bring to our community.

​Cupid's been watching (in the least creepy way possible!) and has thoughtfully matched each of you to one of 15 heart colors. Each color represents a different leadership style, a unique superpower, and a fortune for the year ahead.
