🏃‍♀️This week the run will be led by Captain Nils! The run will be appox 12km at a 6ish Pace! - we are planning on doing different distances depending on your feedback and upcoming Races.

Stay for Snacks, Coffee and Dancing 💃🕺

➕ After the run we’ll stay together for a reflection & intention-setting moment, guided by @Keti. This part is about mindset, clarity and intentionality. It’s for everyone who’s looking for a Brain-Break 🧠 and taking some time for themselves! (approx 45 mins)
