After two sold-out workshops, our third workshop takes a deeper dive into the psychology of inner motivation and burnout — and the practical tools that can help you stay grounded, resilient, and focused. 💫
This workshop is about more than just avoiding burnout. It’s about learning how to channel your energy in a mindful way — so you can perform at your best without running on "empty". You’ll explore the inner drivers that push you, learn to recognize your body’s early stress signals, and practice techniques to reset your nervous system and protect your energy.
Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where “hyper-performance” doesn’t mean overdrive and exhaustion — but rather clarity, balance, and mindful focus that allow you to achieve more with less strain. 🧘♀️

Part 1: The “Why” Behind the Hustle
We begin with your personal drivers for success. Through guided journaling and small-group sharing, you’ll distinguish between external rewards and inner purpose — clarifying what truly motivates you.
Part 2: Decoding Burnout Signals
Learn to recognise your nervous system’s stress responses and spot early warning signs. With a self-assessment, you’ll see where you are on the “Burnout Spectrum” and discover common psychological traps in the tech world.
Part 3: Tools for Reclaiming Energy.
This hands-on section introduces two practical levers:
Breathwork: Techniques to create space in the body and shift from stress to calm.
Boundaries: Communication strategies that help you protect your energy and put your clarity into practice.
Part 4: Your Personal Plan for Well-being
We will tie everything together in a simple “One-Thing” action plan. We will close with a short meditation to help you imagine a future where productivity and peace can coexist.

Meet Your Facilitator: Darinka
Hey there ✨
I’m Darinka — somewhere between IT Product Manager and Mindfulness Coach. For years, I worked in fast-paced startups and tech companies, constantly juggling deadlines, high expectations, and the pressure for hyper-performance. Before that, I was a track & field athlete competing at the national level, where I was consistently focused on personal performance and constantly striving to have a better time than the last race.
I know first-hand what it’s like to live in “hyper-mode” — always pushing past limits, always demanding more of yourself.
After my own journey of personal growth, self-discovery and overcoming burnout, I learned how mindfulness can completely change the way we think, feel and show up — at work and in life.
Today, I share the tools and insights that helped me reconnect with my values, find more balance, and create a way of living and working that feels both successful and fulfilling, yet still achieves the hyper-performance as before, just with a different mindset.
