PnR London Coffee St Paul's

​PnR London started in July 2024 with a weekly run followed by coffee.

​Not everyone is able to join the run, but would like to come by just for the coffee to meet others in the startup ecosystem in a casual way.

​If you attend, you're expected to purchase something from Notes to allow us to continue to use the space.

​You're more than welcome to join the run too!

​Both chapter leaders have high-demand for coffees/calls and this is a way to meet them without trying to find time in their calendars.

​Amardeep Parmar: Cofounder of Bae HQ, Founding Partner at Bae HQ Ventures, Author of Startups for Outsiders, 6x Angel investor, 2x LP, EWOR Scout. Probably the best bhangra dancer in the UK startup ecosystem.

​Ivor Stratford: Cofounder of Morpheus Talent Solutions, Cofounder of The Shortlist NY, Angel investor, EWOR Scout. Probably the only person to run 270km across the Sahara in the UK startup ecosystem.

​Pitch and Run was founded in 2019 to make it easy for founders to connect with Angels and VCs without the pressure of a pitch meeting and to allow founders and startup employees to connect. Many companies have raised their round, found customers, and met their co-founders, and even found jobs from connections made at Pitch and Run.
