Everyone talks about the tools - Claude Code, Cursor, n8n. Almost nobody talks about what it actually takes to build an agent that works autonomously, not just one that follows a script.
This talk covers the fundamentals: what you need to understand before you write a single line of agent logic, the real difference between AI automation and a genuine AI agent, how memory and knowledge bases work, RAG and MCP in plain terms, and how to choose the right LLM for the right job - because Claude isn't the best at everything, and knowing when to use what is half the battle.
