She is an active participant at Stanford Graduate School of Business' incubator, LISA – Stanford GSB LEAD Incubator & Startup Accelerator. With a background in bioengineering research at Stanford University and experience as a serial founder in hardware, biotech, and climate, Alina brings deep technical and commercial expertise to scaling science-based ventures. She has worked extensively with scientists, researchers, and academic entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them navigate the path from discovery to commercialization and real-world impact.
