With over 11 years of experience at leading German corporates including SAP, Henkel, and ALDI Süd, Victoria built a thriving side business while working full-time. She has delivered more than 100 paid mentoring sessions, led over 30 certified trainings, co-founded a consulting firm, and built a professional community of 1,000+ members.
Ekaterina Servetnik
Ekaterina brings 17 years in consulting and go-to-market strategy, with leadership roles at Capgemini and Deloitte. She launched AI programs with Google, led product and CX teams, and holds an INSEAD EMBA. She’s also a certified service design coach passionate about helping professionals create new career paths.
