​​Join us for an interactive case study experience designed to give you the tools and confidence to quickly analyze potential development deals. We'll also connect you to industry professionals in sales and brokerage, architecture, and construction, who will give you pointers on things to watch our for, common mistakes developers make, and when to get them involved.

​​We'll take you through getting your pricing right, to laying out a conceptual site plan, estimating costs, and putting it all into a proforma to decide if it's a "GO", needs more work, or a pass.

​All of this in a fun, interactive, and friendly competition experience.

​We'll have snacks, drinks, swag, prizes, and lunch.
