Flow Forum #4: From App to Assistant – Who Owns Tomorrow’s Customer Relationship?
When you need a new bank account or want to understand how a mortgage works, where do you start? More and more people ask ChatGPT or Claude first and only then turn to their bank. At Flow Forum #4, we want to explore what this shift means for the finance industry together with Stefan Roesler, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of DSV-Gruppe.
Stefan will show how the customer interface has evolved, from the personal advisor to chat and voice bots to AI. His view is that we will still need several channels in the future. In-person advice, self-service in online banking and tasks handed over automatically to AI agents complement each other. What is changing, though, is the first point of contact. Could simpler products like a small personal loan soon be signed directly within an AI model? Stefan will also explain what is already common practice in the US but not yet possible in Germany, and where all of this could lead when it comes to agentic commerce.
Speaker: Stefan Roesler – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of DSV-Gruppe.
Doors open at 5:00 PM, and at 5:15 PM we kick off with Stefan’s talk. Afterwards, there will be time for your questions and an open discussion. After the official part, there will be time for networking over drinks and snacks.
