Statewright – Visual state machines that make AI agents reliable
Presented By: Ben Cochran
AI agents in Claude Code are powerful but unpredictable — they skip steps, rewrite code you didn't ask them to touch, and spiral when they get stuck. This talk is a hands-on walkthrough of constraining agent workflows with state machine guardrails: defining which tools the agent can use in each phase, enforcing transitions, and getting an audit trail for free. Live demo included, and you'll leave with something you can install in three commands.
Ben is going to take us through his new, open project that has gotten a lot of traction recently on HN and GitHub.
