The Climate Party is building a Scenius - collective genius - for Climate solutions in India.
This is a series of immersive learning & community events curated to enable people, either already working in or seriously considering a transition to the Climate space, to discover more of their kind across domains and cross-pollinate ideas for action.
Event Details
We're back again in collaboration with Akshayakalpa Organic. We are curating a unique experience for you with a deep focus on the inter-relation between Food, Health and Agriculture! This experience will help you learn what 'Farm to Fork' really means.
This is what you should expect from this event:
🥘 Open dialogue on food systems x climate change: The relationship among food, our health, agriculture & climate change is delicately interwoven, something that we don't hear about often but happens to shape our very survival. Our experts (see below) will enable your understanding of some pertinent concepts which are sure to challenge your existing views on food & health.

🌻 Guided farm tour: The Akshayakalpa team will take you through their R&D farm and impart their balanced approach to food production and consumption that prioritizes sustainability, health, and equitable access.
💬 Cross-pollination of ideas along with lunch: A simple farm-to-table lunch prepared using produce from the farm alongside a lively idea exchange with fellow participants & our experts.
👜 Akshayakalpa's clothes repurposing initiative: Turn your old clothes into gifts for yourself & others. Bring in as many of your old clothes as you like to have either their stitches fixed or get them repurposed into a bag on the spot for a token amount of INR 100/- payable directly to the superstar enabling your sustainable act!
We will facilitate car-pooling among participants to & from the farm to make your end-to-end experience fruitful (pun intended)
