About Event

Bring into life the quiet, the hidden layers, and what we carry within ourselves.

Through simple art techniques, guided imagination, and natural materials, we explore how the landscapes around us often echo the landscapes within.

What we'll do

In this workshop, guided by a mental health professional, we gently explore the layers of our inner self through nature-inspired creative practices. We will build small landscapes and layered artworks that reflect our current emotional state - not to analyse or fix anything, but simply to notice.

The Western Ghats serve as inspiration: a landscape of mist, quiet forests, hidden streams, and shifting layers, reminding us that complexity and change are natural.

What you get

• Natural materials for landscape building and artwork

• A guided reflective experience in a small, intimate group

• Time and space to slow down and reconnect

Who this is for

This space is open to:

• Individuals looking for a reflective pause

• Creatives and non-creatives alike

• People curious about mindfulness and nature-based practices

• Anyone who simply wants to spend a few hours slowing down

You do not need to be an artist. This workshop is not about creating something perfect or beautiful, it is about noticing, reflecting, and expressing.

About the Facilitator

This workshop is facilitated by Ayisha Begum, a counselling psychologist whose work brings together reflective practice, creativity, and emotional awareness.
